You know the loop.

The Monday you started again.

The wardrobe in two sizes.

The diet worked. It came back anyway.

The long weekend that used to bounce back. It stopped bouncing.

You've lost the same 8 kg four times. The body's not confused.

I know this list. I lived every line of it.

Two phases. You were sold one.

Phase 1

Losing weight.

Phase 2

Building muscle: the shape, and keeping it.

Nobody told me either. I found out standing exactly where you are.

Your diets weren't wrong. They were incomplete.

Phase 1 isn't the trap. Fifteen years of it is.

It was never your willpower. It was half a map.

The full map. I walked it.

Phase 1 · The ResetShrinks you, muscle protected. This product
The TransitionWeights begin.
Phase 2 · The ReshapeShape that stays.

You can't start at Phase 2. Muscle under fat stays buried.

SKIN FAT MUSCLE

A fact nobody told you: muscle is your body's engine. It burns calories all day, even at rest. More muscle, bigger engine. Less muscle, smaller one.

MORE MUSCLE LESS MUSCLE

Every diet you've run, vs The Reset

START WEIGHT muscle goes with the fat burns less now the diet ends you eat like before but burn less than before THE OLD WAY muscle protected burns more now habits formed, engine bigger nothing left to rebound THE RESET

An untrained diet ends with a smaller engine. The Reset ends with a bigger one.

Not more willpower. Different math.

Legs mid stride on a treadmill, seen from the side.
It starts smaller than you think. A walk counts.

It did not start with motivation. It started smaller.

The discipline settled first:

showing up,
without negotiation.

it opened a world I never knew existed.

Glute day. The hip thrust: one of the 3 main lifts I built my reshape around.

The proof.

I'm Eli. Not a coach who was always fit: the woman who ran your loop for fifteen years.

At nearly 40:

12 kg off
a 77 kg start.
In 6 months.

The first 16 weeks of that arc are this plan.

It is one of the deepest transformations of my life.

It changed how I look.

It changed
who I am
and how I think.

Pull ups. A goal I never imagined wanting.

What's inside.

The Reset is the plan I wish someone had handed me.

It asks about your body, sets your numbers, and resets them as you lose. A plan that adapts is the difference between week 5 and week 16.

Your numbers

A few questions set your target. It resets as you lose.

Your menu

Exact plates, no counting. Treat and dinner out included.

The training

Walking, not running. Machines or fully at home. Strength work protects your muscle while the fat goes. That is what past diets never did.

The weekly scorecard

Seven boxes. Tick them, the scale follows.

This is what you open

The Reset app, your menu screen: daily calorie and macro targets set to your body, and the rules that keep the plan livable.
The Reset app, your training screen: pick your days, your equipment and your focus, and the plan builds itself around them.
The Reset app, the weekly scorecard: seven boxes to tick and your adherence adding up week by week.

Day one

Checkout Code by emailminutes Your numbersten minutes Tomorrow's plates and session one

Breakfast from the plan: cottage cheese with blueberries, a banana and a milky coffee. Lunch from the plan: beef patties, white rice and tomato salad on a blue plate. Dinner from the plan: an omelette with spinach, strawberries and a bowl of vegetable soup.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner from the plan. Real food, portions set for you.

You are not left alone with it: the weekly scorecard is your check-in, and the plan recalculates around you.

The honest numbers.

This is what it actually took me.

16weeks
3-4sessions a week
1h15a session
5-10%of body weight, off

Weeks collapse. Sessions move to the days you have, and a long walk keeps the burn going until they do.

A range, not a promise.

I watched my body change. Then I started choosing where.

A treadmill console mid session: 47 minutes in, incline 7.5, 5.18 kilometres, 500 calories on the readout.
The cardio is a walk. Uphill: 47 minutes, 500 calories.
The scale stopped being the only number.

The free weights area never felt like mine either.

The people in there who looked like pros became the people I learn from.

You belong in the weight room. You don't have to
start in it.

You will not get bulky. That takes years of deliberate training. “Toned” is muscle.

Had a baby? The core work is gentle from day one: abdominal wall, diastasis, pelvic floor.

Mid-40s and shifting? Muscle responds to training at every age, and the plan protects it: that is exactly what your 40s are quietly spending. Rough-sleep weeks bend the plan, they do not break it.

It wasn't fast. It was the last time.

Less than one physio visit.

Two doors.

✓ For you if

  • Lost weight before, gained it back. Never reshaped.

✕ Not for you if

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding. Come back when your doctor clears you.
  • Already lean or training? Your phase is Phase 2, and it is coming as its own program. The free guide explains it, and the list hears about it first.
  • If restriction has ever pulled you somewhere harmful, work with a professional, not a plan.

Questions.

Need a gym?

No. Every exercise has a home swap (bands, adjustable dumbbells, a chair), and cardio becomes a brisk hilly walk. If you move to a gym later, the plan moves with you.

Never lifted a weight?

That's exactly who this is written for. You start on machines that hold the movement for you (or simple home moves), with exactly what to do, how many times, and when to add a little weight. No guessing in front of a mirror.

How much time?

About 1h15 per session, 3 to 4 days a week, plus one active day. A long walk counts. If a week collapses, you move the sessions to the days you have; nothing is written off.

A crash diet?

No. You eat your meals to fullness, keep a planned daily treat, and keep one proper dinner out a week. The deficit is moderate on purpose: built to be run for months without white-knuckling.

Mid-40s and shifting?

Yes. The idea that it can't is a myth: muscle responds to training at every age, and resistance work is the first-line answer to exactly the decline you're watching. The plan already protects muscle: that's what the protein targets and the strength work are for.

On the rough-sleep weeks, the plan bends: sessions move to the days you have, and a long walk keeps the burn going until they do. The lifts wait for you; they are the part a walk cannot replace. Anything medical (bloodwork, cycles, HRT) belongs with your doctor.

I'm 50. Too late?

No. The plan is the same plan. And the muscle you build at 50 is the muscle you still have at 70. What's costly at 50 is another round of Phase 1 the old way: every untrained diet shed muscle with the fat. That's exactly what The Reset is built to protect. This is the version of Phase 1 you stop paying for later.

Diastasis or pelvic floor?

Yes. The core work is chosen to be gentle on your abdominal wall and pelvic floor from day one (including if you've been told you have diastasis), and the cardio is walking, not running or jumping. The smartest first move is still a check with a pelvic-floor physiotherapist; the plan covers how to set that up, and how to start either way.

Cooking for a family?

You cook one meal for the whole table. The plates are normal food (a protein, vegetables, a carb side) on one shopping list for the week. You set your own portions from the plan's table; nothing separate to prepare. Your daily treat and the weekly dinner out are already built in.

A family table seen from above: shared plates of pasta and salad, bread on a board, hands reaching across.
One table, one meal. Your portions from the plan.
Is Phase 2 included?

No, and that's deliberate. The Reset is Phase 1 only, and complete for its job. Phase 2, the reshape, is its own work, and will be its own program. The Reset is how you arrive at it ready: lean enough that the muscle you build will show, and strong enough to build it. The free guide and the email list are where it's announced first.

After the 16 weeks?

You keep running the method you now own until you reach your goal (for most women, around six months in). Then comes the Transition: the doorway to Phase 2, where the building starts.

What arrives after paying?

An email with your access code and link. The Reset is a private web app: phone, tablet or computer, nothing to install. You're reading the plan minutes after checkout.

Refunds?

There is a 15 day refund window, handled by Hotmart as the merchant of record. Ask within it and it is refunded. The full terms are also in your purchase email.

The last restart.

Aging isn't the problem. Aging untrained is.

I never expected to become this. You don't need to expect it. That is how it starts. That is how it starts.

Phase 2 is coming. It reaches the list first, and Reset finishers arrive at it ready.

Next summer, one sentence will be true:

I started.
I almost did.

Both take the same year.
