The Reset is a product of The Missing Phase, operated by [registered legal entity name, registered address, Andorra] ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, email privacy@themissingphase.com.
Everything you type into the calculator, menu, training planner and scorecard is saved only in your browser's local storage, on your device. This includes your weight, height, age, sex, goal weight, activity level, whether you've given birth, any dietary flags, your food and training choices, and your weekly scorecard entries.
We do not transmit, store, or have any access to this information. If you clear your browser data or use a different device, it simply won't be there.
Payment is handled by our checkout provider, Hotmart, which acts as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Hotmart processes your name, email and payment information under its own privacy policy. Please review it at hotmart.com. We may receive confirmation that a purchase was made (so we can grant access), but not your payment details.
The weekly scorecard can open a pre-filled email in your own email app, addressed to you. That message is created and sent entirely by you, through your own email provider. We never receive or store it.
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage to save your plan on your device and to hold the anonymous device code described above. You can clear it any time (see below).
Your plan data stays on your device until you delete it. Anonymous usage signals and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the counts and security described above, then discarded.
Because your plan data lives on your device, you're in control of it: clear it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings (or using your browser's "clear site data" option for reset.themissingphase.com).
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights to access, correct or erase personal data and to object to certain processing. Since the plan data never reaches us and the usage signal is anonymous, there's little we hold about you. But for anything relating to your purchase, or any question, contact us at privacy@themissingphase.com and we'll help (and, for payment data, point you to Hotmart where needed).
The Reset is intended for adults. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
